- Assignment of tasks and development of work schedules for installers, electricians, plumbers and other specialists
- Interaction with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. I take on the "bureaucratic" part — the conclusion of contracts, the execution of deliveries, the coordination of complex technical work, etc. I advise on the project, make amendments to the progress of repairs or interior design
- I control construction, repair, design, and decoration work. I make sure that everything is done efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the approved design project
