The project was completed in partnership with the British agency MBDS Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and Adam Ellis Art Gallery.

Novikov Café, Baku

The project was executed concurrently with the Syrovarnya project, where I was overseeing the full project cycle, from site selection to the restaurant's opening. This included close collaboration to negotiate partnership agreements with suppliers, as well as the recruitment, training, and internship management for both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
